If not now, then when?

You judge the image without shame
as if for it one being could be blamed.
You hate the person for imperfections,
but why can you look just at dissections?
What is wrong with the whole picture?
Why would you dwell on hideous stricture?

The judgement you make is hardly fair.
No wonder you cannot breathe fresh air
when your mind is crushed by strong lust.
For perfections are necessary, are a must.
Under an unforgiving spell you have been put,
so never you might be beautiful, be good.

What makes you think this one is the worst?
Could it be that you were somehow cursed?
It is but you who has been judged here.
Open your heart and my sentence hear.
A time has come to love yourself again!
If not now, then tell me when?
